Workflow Setup can be initiated from "Configure Workflow"
Add any number of steps by clicking on "Add Lead", "Add Opportunity" etc.. and rename the steps by clicking on the name of the workflow step
Click on the gear icon "settings" in each workflow step to access the configuration options at a workflow step level. Options available are as stated below.
Add Activity: This option can be used if you want to add any activities and take consent from team members. It is mainly used for adding sub activities in any workflow step.
Add Document: This option is used if you want team members to upload certain documents or images before they complete the step
Alerts: Setup alerts for the steps
Owner: Assign the step to certain team member who is managing that step in the workflow
Email Configuration: Email configuration can be setup for internal team members and also for end customers. These are available in 2 separate email configuration options
